Store goals:

  • To teach how to make crochet plushies for beginners.
  • Products that are perfect for gifts.


For Orders:

  • Before ordering please read the product description carefully.
  • You can find in the product description all the necessary information about the product.
  • There might be slight changes of the products color, due to difference in lighting, photography, printing, and screen resolution.
  • Before paying, the customer must review the available payment methods.
  • The discount coupons are not included in the offers or bundles.
  • The price includes the products and the shipping only.
  • The order is considered confirmed after payment.


How to use products:

  • After you got the crochet kit, you will find all the materials included inside, except for the scissors.
  • With a booklet has all the instructions needed to make the plushy, in addition to a barcode to access the step-by-step video tutorials.
  • The customers do not have the right to share Booklets, patterns, barcodes, or videos on the Internet.
  • Watching the video is only limited to the barcode attached inside the booklet, and the customers does not have the right to publish it on social media platforms.
  • Yalla Crochet store reserves all copy rights to the name, logo, pattern, barcodes and videos.
  • Customers can share the final plushy result as photos and clips online.


Customer data:

  • The store is committed to maintaining and protecting the privacy of customer data and transactions.
  • The store has the right to share customer data with the delivery parties, such as the shipping company, delivery companies, and the concerned parties.


Working hours:

  • From Sunday to Thursday. working hours from 9 am - 4 pm.
  • The first four days of the holidays are holidays for the store and are not considered working days.


Technical support:

  • Technical support for the customer is available through available and approved means of communication from 9 am to 4 pm (and in Ramadan from 6 pm to 1 am).
  • The approved means of communication are WhatsApp and email only.


Shipping:

  • We do not modify the address. The address is delivered to the shipping company according to what the customer has provided.
  • Processing of orders can take 1-2 working days, and the shipping will take three-ten working days, apart from busy seasons it can take longer time.
  • The shipment is delivered to the address or branch located in your city, according to what is available with the shipping company.
  • The shipping time is approximate and may extend for a longer period.
  • Delaying shipping due to lack of information exempts the store from responsibility for the delay.
  • If a shipment is returned to the store due to lack of information, the customer will have to repay for the shipment to be resent back to them.
  • If a shipment is returned to the store due to the receiver being unavailable, it will be the customer's responsibility to repay for the shipment to be resent back to them.
  • After the order is shipped, the customer cannot modify or cancel it.
  • After the order is shipped, the customer follows up the order with the shipping company to ensure that it is received on time.
  • For international shipping, there is a threshold limit for the total amount spent for all countries before they can charge you tax and customs fees, it is a customer's responsibility to check the threshold before order, the price that you will pay in 'Yalla Crochet' websites includes the products and the shipping fees only.
