Return and refund policy


The customer's order will be replaced or returned within working days.

But according to the following conditions:

  • The product must be different from the requested product.
  • The product must be intact, unused, and the packaging has not been opened.
  • It must be within a maximum period of 24 hours from receiving the order.
  • The customer must provide photographic evidence of the product and send an official request to the store’s email [email protected].
  • After confirming the product with the conditions, then you can return the original product back to the store, and either ask for replacement, with another product that have same price, or ask for a refund.


Products that are excluded from the policy:

  • Products on sale.
  • Used or unsealed products.

When shipping products, “Yalla Crochet” does note bare responsibility for the shipping company's errors and all responsibility lies with the shipping company, including tracking of shipments and delivery queries.
